| 1 | To have basic, up-to-date and practical knowledge about Horticulture program subjects. |
| 2 | Have the ability to do all cultural operations such as seedling / sapling production of vineyard, fruit, vegetable and ornamental plants and irrigation, fertilization, plant protection and pruning. |
| 3 | To be able to observe the way, time and field-specific situations of all cultural processes required for production planning and to be able to offer solutions. |
| 4 | He/she has a good command of the quality control, preservation and market preparation stages of the products belonging to the production subjects in which he/she plays a role. |
| 5 | To be able to follow the current developments related to the profession and use information technologies effectively. |
| 6 | To be able to follow professional problems and issues, propose solutions and apply them in the field. |
| 7 | Can effectively share information and ideas with colleagues through oral/written communication. |
